Downlaod and Upload poor

My connection keeps dropping when on Teams and VPN.

@Damo11 you need to check if the issue is thecspedd to your hub or the spedd of your home network which if you are using WiFi isxquite likely. Quickest way to check thecconnection spedd to your gub is by running the full connection test in the My Sky app and clicking through as that willshow both the current speed the recent history and tge guaranteed spedd for your connection. If thecspedd is too low it should offer you an check by an engineer. 

Hopefully that is fine which means the issue is in your home.WiFi speeds are influenced by the layout and type of construction if your home. Ideally you would use ethernet cables for any video conferencing as they are free from interference which can cause buffering and loss of the connection However in many homes you need more than the free hub Sky gave you to get usable WiFi in every room, eaxh home presents different problems.
