Playstation Portal Cloud Streaming does not Work

Hi - I have my Playstation Portal that can cloud stream from Sony, however it does not work on the Sky Wifi (White Router Box).

It works fine on all other devices, and I never had issues with BT previously. It works if I tether off of my phone.. I believe it could be the firewall but Sky restricts a lot of the settings on the router, have tried all of the fixes I could think of and those suggested online. Resetting, disconnecting, turning off the Sky firewalls but nothing works (Ipv6 to Ipv4 etc...). Hoping for some help please.

Have you tried lowering or disabling your broadband shield settings ?

Yes, was part of the potential fixes I previously tried but still does not work.

Currently having the same issue with my Playstaion Portal, unable to connect to streaming service. Had previously worked but suddenly just stopped. Honestly thinking why did I move to Sky, Virgin Media never had any issues
