I have fibre now and since having this the hard wired ps5 connection keeps dropping out. I can be mid game and it will just say lan cable disconnected and turn my internet off for the ps5. The cable does not need replacing and it is firmly in both ends. The sky tv and other devices remain connected on WiFi fine whilst this happens only during LAN.
Once when I tried reconnecting it said my ISP is blocking my console from connecting
any suggestions?
