Slow wired connection

The broadband to my property on my account shows 450+Mb, but when doing a WiFi speed test or wired cat 6 cable test to a desktop PC or mobile device using 5Ghz the max we get is around 150/160Mbps download

Please post a screenshot of a speedtest taken via an ethernet connected device. Please also confirm that the ethernet connection is direct to the hub and not via something like a booster, powerline etc.
