PlayStation 5 not connecting

PlayStation 5 not picking up internet connection at all, phones lagging on streaming. Internet in general has been awful

My PlayStation 5 is saying my Internet is not powerful enough but I'm serpose to be on a really good Internet my over box was a lot better
