Since having Sky Max Hub the wifi has been rubbish

Since transferring & paying for a Sky Max Hub the wifi has been really poor. Frequently losing conneection, very poor wifi

We had problems with the broadband but this was fixed by the engineer but he said that we need a wifi booster pod.

I asked Sky but nothing has arrived. Disappointed for sure

Do you have the WiFi Max subscription supplement on the broadband account?

Same issue hub upgraded as supposed to give better Wi-Fi and it's awful coverage since the change far worse than old one

You'll need to persist with having a Max pod despatched.
