My sky app tells me that there's a problem with my broadband...but never says what the problem is, then I use the 'try to fix' which I follow but don't have a phone to plug in so don't do that! Get to the end and it says all fixed then go back and it still says there's a problem, plus my app tells me that they haven't met my speed and I may be entitled to money back! Which is lovely but i just want my TV to stop freezing and looking more HD then pixelated and **bleep**e? Any advice?
