Sky full fibre

Hi since having full fibre installed i have had nothing but problems especially connecting to my sky q box i am now on my second router and everything was fine for a couple of months but now I have no Internet at all sky have ran their checks and are sending out an engineer which I have to wait 2 weeks for it's so frustrating has anyone else experienced this problem

@Nikki124 Since you have FF, there are 2 things to look at, 1 on the hub does it indicate by light change a problem. 2 on the FF ONT there is a series off 3 green lights, when you have the problem is there any change on those.

If it is a sky Q, are you referring to the sat TV box?
