Picture issues on TV Apps Pixelating

Hi I seem to be having on going issues with my picture on my TV apps like Disney+ , Netflix , BBC Iplayer Ect. And I'm with Sky. As it keeps Pixelating picture at points when watching Films or TV Shows. If anyone has had similar issues what did you do to solve this issue.

Does this happen on other devices using the same streaming services or just the TV?
