Delayed broadband install

My install date was 3rd January

Moved to 19th March

Took time off work for this date

Confirmed this morning at 10:03

Then I get this text at 12:56

Hi, it's Openreach.
Your new installation appointment date is on Thu 24 Apr between 8AM - 1PM at address ending ...

This is completely unacceptable I want the date I took time off with for reinstated

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. We won't know why Openreach have changed it.

@JJonas

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which broadband provisioning type is applicable and so may give a clue about the source of the delay.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Remove any personal information (such as the address itself) if you post an image.
