Phone not working

My phone is not receiving or making calls, I did have a text saying my usage was to high l. I was unaware their was any kind of cap on it

Is it your landline or Sky mobile phone that isn't working ?

Have you  set up a spending  cap  on the phone?  You can check  this on the my sky app in the mobile  section
