router broken

can anyone get in touch with an engineerrr has i cannot get in  touch only to a robot has my broadband is a ridicoulous 7 mb please

I have gone through the steps to sort the internet connection as advised and this time it has worked but we lose connection 5/6 times a day and the whole process has to be repeated (sometimes 2/3 times) before its successful. I think we need either a new box or new wires . The internet is needed for our jobs and for everything else and it needs sorting. It's been like this for Libyans but has got worse in the last few weeks .
