@BunnyRabbit1982 you probably can't because it is likely Openreach are going to switch the old line from copper to full fibre. You can check by entering your full address into the following checker Openreach Checker
If you want help in understanding the output post thectable and first 3 lines of the notes having removed the reference to your address.

It also tells you if installer attendance is inevitable: where FTTP is available at an address it's the only thing an ISP can order and remote activation is not an option.
