Our house was struck my lightning today. Our broadband port and tv port both blew up and smoke came out. Both are now black. Broadband and TV down since. Have tried to contact Sky Ireland many times but was unable to actually speak to someone to report this issue. An automated voice keeps telling me it will send me an SMS on how to fix the issue. All i want to do is talk to someone. It's extremely frustrating and i've spent way too much of my day on this issue! Can a representative from Sky please help out or can someone point me in the right direction. I can't be the first this has happened to. Thank you.
