@tnpmonkey couple oof things to try firstly check the setting of Sky's Broadband Shield as if set too low it will block activities like online gaming and social networks. The settings are in the My Sky app under product options.
Secondly on your main devices used for browsing etc make a change to the network settingscfir tge Sky Wifi connection to ad a public DNS service. Find the entry for DNS abd set to manual you should see a couple of IPaddresses which are Sky's own DNS leave thise but add the following two addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 which are Google's public DNS which can be far faster at finding sites.
