Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Carinakidney you can check the speed of the connection to the Netflix app by going into its Get Help menu and running the network test. Most comon issue is poor WiFi connection to the streaming device but thst will affect all streamed content not just Netflix and You Tube.
