@Tugiii how you measuring that speed? If it is on a device connected by WiFi then you are probably just measuringbthe WiFi speed in your home. To test a connection properly useca device connected byba known fast link which will be an Ethernet cable from a device with a gigabit Ethernet port to the hub.
Slow WiFi is extremely common issue in many homes as people upgrade to full fibre, its probsbly always been there but didnt show up with slower broadband speeds.
