Phone Sky

Our Broadband is down and we need it for work today.   I've tried re-booting it but it hasn't helped.  Sky 03 phone number states there is a problem with their phone system, if urgent try again tomorrow.  Does anyone have a phone number that works please?

Exactly the same here. Internet has been down for 2 days now and I can't get hold of sky at all. Shocking.

@FellMan48   Lines are down due to system issues currently, even when you get in touch it would be a minimum of 2 working days SLA for the fault to be fixed (could be longer depending on where the fault lies).  Sadly working from home does not give the fault any greater priority

 

@Kie7  @Rob58   You need to trey calling later when system should be back up.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
