I want to change my password for my router, I dont have my original password as I changed it, but now my neighbour has somehow got my password and is using my broadband and I want it to stop.
@Kayleigh270686 Are you sure that the password is not the one on the label printed back/bottom off the sky hub or the little card supplied with it. If you do not remember it if you changed it then there is no choice but to apply a factory reset to the hub and it will change it all to the label details, after that you need to go set it all up again as you require.
