New to this broadband, we received our broadband box a few days ago, on the box there is an activation date for the 9th, does this mean an engineer will come out? We have received no message or email or any other information on the box
@georgia70 Depending on what you are or are not having done, there may be NO visit and all you will get is a text that you are now activated and you can install that supplied sky Hub to the connection, that is for you a self install. Link below to the Electronic version for do it yourself!
