Can you provide more detail? It's not a lot to go off of.

Does it no accept the password? Does it give you an error? Any extra information will make it easier for us to help.

My son is trying to connect to the internet on his pc but it's not showing up

I've tried turning it on and off but no luck

@Leanne45 He is trying to connect via Wi-Fi.? Does he see any other networks when trying to connect that are also around you? Or can you see your home network in the list also?

He can't see our home network but can see his Ethernet cable
