Paying for Gigafast but no high speed cable installed

Few things you can try there is handy guide here; https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-which-sky-hub

If that doesnt fix anything, check your not using any 3rd party extenders/boosters as these can kill your WiFi speed.

If there is still an issue then you may want to look at getting a 3rd party router/mesh system thats more powerful. These can often push a much faster WiFi speed than Sky's kit.

I have sky gigafast broadband 900mps  and it's  a full fibre to the property line, from the telegraph pole  to the property  fibre  optic cable,grey box outside the house  and an optical network terminal box  were the line comes into  the house
