Pause wifi

How can I pause my WiFi at certain times and I can't remember or access my router to change passwords

Controlling device access times over wireless is a feature of the WiFi Max subscription add-on.

@Ian1110 if you have Wifi Max bundle the parental control settings are in the My Sky app where you use your Sky id log in. There are no parental controls on the older black Sky hubs.
