My son and I did a speed test for superfast.

So my son I both at the same time did a speed test as we never get WiFi in the bathroom and very low and slow in his bedroom. However on my test on my phone it said it was at max speed. But on his it was almost 70% lower than mine. I was using the sky app/account. 

What can I do? I'm paying £94 a month already!

If you are both doing speed tests at the same time the speed you get will not be available to any one else

Click maintenance along the top and log in with

Username        admin

Password         sky or wifi password

At the bottom of maintenance clilck show statistics and post that page
