Pause internet

Cannot pause internet on child devices only reason I moved to sky because they said I could pause or put timer on

@Kerry83 do you have Wifi Max as part of your subscription as the special white hub thst comes with that bundle is required to pause devices. If you have can you access parental controls in the My Sky app?

I have sky max and also have the same issue. All the devices are greyed out, so you can't pause. Sounds like a Sky software issue. Anyone know a fix?
