Discussion topic: No internet connection

No internet connection

My power and WiFi lights on my router are green but my internet light is orange. I've tried the usual switching it off and on again and checked all the connections and still no luck. When I check my details on my sky app it says everything looks good and I've done the recommended troubleshooting so not sure what to do next.

If you have fiber, (you connect by Ethernet that goes in to a white box to provide faster speeds) make sure that you are putting the Ethernet cable in to the 4th port on the box.
