Parts not delivered

Just been upgraded to full fibre but the conversion kit 3 has not been delivered. It's now over a week. I have used a cable from another bit of kit to get it working. Bot chat no good for this

@Gordon54  Thats all it is an ethernet cable, as you have one in use you should be up & running?
