Hi, I'm trying to put parental controls on my WiFi box for my children, however haven't been able to find anything online that dumbs it down enough 🤣. I'd like to be able to limit the times they have access and what they have access to. They're 11 and 13, and who knows what they can access. I know I don't 🫣

You can set restrictions on content by logging onto the MySky app & setting an appropriate level in Broadband Shield.
Time limits are only available with the Sky Max extra subscription at £4 pm, but I've no idea if it's any good.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jess139 take a look at the parental controls Skyoffer as part of ghe WiFi Max add-on bundle (https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max-parental-controls) which allows parents to control kids devices access. Sky's Broadband Shield does sct as a web filter see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max-parental-controls and comes as part of the basic subscription.
Neither is perfect but the parental filter that is 100% effective simply doesnt exist they all have pros and cons and a determined kid can get round most nearly all of them
