Parental Controls not appearing on app

Hi

 

I have Sky broadband max but can't see the parental controls under broadband on the MySky App. I've updated and even reinstalled the app, but to no avail? I've also turned the WiFi off and back on again but with no luck can anyone help please.

Do you definitely have the WiFi Max subscription supplement on the account, rather than just possession of a white Max Hub?
