Parental Controls can’t change
My sky max hub appears to have parental controls / restrictions on online searching but we haven't implemented these, nor do we appear to be able to change them

Re: Parental Controls can’t change
@Bmc25 to use the parental control functions on the Wifi Max hub you have to buy Sky's WiFi Max bundle after which Sky will add the controls in the My Sky app.

Re: Parental Controls can’t change
@Bmc25 the controls on the hub are not active unless turned on but you maybe confusing those with Sky's Broadbsnd Shield which is set to age 13 by default as Ofcom requires. You can change those settings in the My Sky app if you are the account holder the control in the product options section.

Re: Parental Controls can’t change
I suspect you are referring to Sky Broadband Shield, which is an age-based internet filter.
The Parental Controls are to set time limits, not content restrictions.
