Broadband not working. Power and Wifi lights on but no internet light

My internet just stopped working today at about 18:30. I went through the service status checker and it said all was ok with broadband, hub and wifi but there was no internet connection on the hub. I have green lights for the power and wifi but nothing for the internet, not even an orange light. I have tried all the troubleshooting with checking the wires and resetting the hub. I have even turned it off for 15 minutes but to joy. After going around in circles it eventually took me back to the service checker and it shows a proble.with connecting to the hub. I go to the fix it option and it tries to do a broadband test but it keeps sayig 'oops something went wrong, we are having some problem and we cant perform any tests at the moment. Please try again later" I have been trying for the last 2 hours and still getting the same message and not getting any options provided for further assistance.

@Chezzer82 if your service is still down this morning call Sky and report the fault. When calling tell the bot you are calling to report a technical fault and decline offers of txts etc.
