Parcel not received from Royal Mail

Royal Mail claim they have delivered the Sky package but the picture clearly shows this is not my house

the Openreach engineer is due Fri afternoon 

please advise

@JP1962  You'll need to speak to Sky as we are customers here.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@JP1962 you will need to call Sky and report the missed delivery. The engineer will be able to do the work without the hub but you wont be able to use tge service until Sky sends a replacement.
