Check my orders in your my sky app for updates

Otherwise if sky haven't given you indication that the date has changed to a week day or has said that the order has been cancelled  just wait until the activation day

@Ebony180 yes contact Sky as it sounds like Openreach have declined the order. They will do this if the cost of fitting a line exceeds the standard amount or there are particular issues like lack of capacity locally.

You can possibly find out why by entering your full address into the following checker, if you would like help understanding the result post thectablecand first three lines of the notes after removing the referencecto your address see . Openreach Checker

That would be unusual unless you were paying a standard fee for an evening or weekend appointment.

Openreach would want to charge for a complex installation which exceeds their £1800 per property limit, but they'd always provide a survey and formal quote first with the option for the householder to accept or reject ECCs (Excess Construction Charges)

Was the fee paid to openreach or sky?

Do you have broadband boost or sky max wifi?

I wonder did they make a mistake and refund it
