Packet loss blips gaming using quality ethernet cable

Hi All ,

 

Network Engineer here.

 

Using quality ethernet cable direct from PC to sky router. I get a second of packet loss, currently 19% while gaming. So annoying.

 

What is causing this? Hardware or software configuration?

@Lee_73 could be either or if there are multiple users on your connection at once that could be the problem..
