PS5 constantly lags whilst playing

Recently I've developed an issue (never had originally) I seem to get Lag spikes when playing games whilst other devices are being used, again this never happened before with the same devices but it's making gaming frustrating when my parter is watching something on another device. My latency/ping goes up quite high, treid changing from 2.4zh to 5.0gz and that hasn't worked, download speed is fine

any suggestions or ill be moving away from sky
