POOR SIGNAL

After switching over to SKY full fibre the connection close to the router is excellant but was weak on the other side of my property. i purchased twi TP boosters and added them in the furthest rooms but the connection is still bad. I have to keep walking back to the router to get conected. Please advise me as I'm not a happy customer.

Thank you. Jim. East Sussex

@JIMSAPHIN

A poor signal in certain rooms is something that comes up on here on a regular basis so try going through this to see if it helps:

https://www.sky.com/help/broadband/my-broadband-speed/improving-wi-fi-signal-to-my-devices/articles/...

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will loan up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

So you can either call them on 150 from a landline phone or a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

Perhaps note that boosters cannot work when actually located in areas which have poor WiFi: they are intended to be mid-point devices to rebroadcast signal into those areas from closer to the router.
