PON light red - how do I get support?
PON light red with no guidance on how to get support? Only had Sky for two weeks so not looking good 😞

@Selwynha the red PON light means you have lost the optical signal from the exchange so is not a Sky fault and would have happened with any isp using that line. Sky will get Openreach to check the connection after you report it..
