My PON light is off but all my other lights are on. Same with my hub. All lights are on but the internet light is off. I've followed all the steps suggested and nothing has worked
If the PON light is red, the problem is some where between sky and your property on openreach's network.
You need to call sky on 150 using your sky talk phone. The automated system will ask you the reason for calling. Say you have a "Online Fault" . This will get you through to a human tech support.
