Hub stuck on set up

My sky broadband went live on 10th of September, as of today, 25th, mysky app still says "we're setting up your hub" what do I need to do to fix this? I've been sent a booster box too but can't add this while it's still showing setting up

Also, the lights on the front is white and my WiFi and wired connections are working ok

@Barney  Have you tried to factory reset the router to see if this comes out of the set up phase. This can be done by holding the WPS button for 30 seconds.
