@Crik the red light indicates a fault with the fibre network which requires Sky to get Openreach to investigate so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support thecforum who will send you a message inviting you onto a private chat to get this sorted. Look out for a chat icon appearing on the pages innthecforum.

@TheHawk1 the red light means a line fault so you need to report the fault to Sky so they can get Openreach out to sort it.

Good morning,

 

Came downstairs today to a solid red PON light on our modem. It was fine when I went to bed last night at around 11pm.

 

I would appreciate any help you can provide.

@iStruggle you need to talk to Sky who should get Openreach to sort the issue. To make that simple I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

It seems like sky/openreach were aware. Couple of workmen already in the floor outside and the internet is back on.
