Find out more@Crik the red light indicates a fault with the fibre network which requires Sky to get Openreach to investigate so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support thecforum who will send you a message inviting you onto a private chat to get this sorted. Look out for a chat icon appearing on the pages innthecforum.

Came downstairs today to a solid red PON light on our modem. It was fine when I went to bed last night at around 11pm.

To make that simple I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
