I had two engineers call today. as needed my WiFi investigated. They agree there are issues with my WiFi.
they brought me to outside my neighbours house and showed me a broken box with bare wires on the pole..
they will put a report in and can do no more.
i was concerned because I got a contract form from Eir on my iPad.
i reported this to sky last Saturday, and they put up a grey blank page covering the eir . contract page.
i cannot contact Eir, or Virgin Media because I'm not a customer. I am a customer of Sky for 28 years.
Also a. box Virgin Media put up near my garage door last July/august saying they were working for Sky and Virgin Media.
the two Sky engineers never saw a box like it and took some photos. I need 007 to sort this mystery for sure.
i will have to speak with Comreg if the WiFi drops again.
