PON light Red

Hi my PON light is red and understand this is a fibre issue that BT Openreach would need to resolve. Is there a number I need to call either at Sky or BT...? Many thanks

If broadband is down then presumably a landline handset won't work.  150 from a Sky mobile should reach the same place, but it won't from another network.

 

It's Sky you need to contact: Openreach (not 'BT' in this context) doesn't accept direct fault reporting except for safety issues.
