@Stu8585 the Passive Optical Network light indicates the ONT is receiving an optical signal, it flashescwhen thecsignalmis present but it hasn't locked onto data feed and is solid when it has. If the fault cintinues report it yo Sky as they need to get Openreach of City Fibre to check the fibre feed. I had a similar fault a few months ago which was sorted by changing the ONT.
