Outside connrction box broken

Open reach box on outside wall is breaking up due to old age,weather etc how can I sent a picture to sky

@polomint if you call them thecagent can send you a link to upload the picture. In practice, while not ideal the fibre connection should not be affected by water but it should be replaced.
