@Jackie166 Is this an older master socket that you phone would normally go into or is this a fibre ONT box that is installed on the wall inside the property?

I moved last year and the engineer who moved me (been with sky 12 years)didn't mention a new box but used the only existing phone socket behind the front in the passage right next to a radiator it's jst not suitable
