Outage in my area

My broadband was down since Saturday Dec 07th and was said that will be back on in 48 hours but nothing yet. Is there a simple way to request a refund or any compensation for these down days?

I`m still off line and nobody from Sky knows what happened. 

I have to route the internet from my cell phone to "try" to work from home. Hope an compensation or a reimbusement be made in my account
