Outage in area has been fixed. Router internet still orange & not working

Hi, there was an outage in my area this afternoon around 1pm, this is no longer an issue I believe, but the router still shows as 'orange' on internet, and we're unable to connect to the hub to run any tests. 
ive been on the app and the website through links and not, to 'run tests' but it won't allow me to connect to the hub and states it's down and to try again later, yet nothing has changed. Will the internet come back by itself or do I need to do something?

@Kyranmg the orange light indicates your connection is still down. If it is still down tomorrow call Sky and report the fault.

my services have been down since Thursday evening 0015 it now Monday are they still down

@jb2102 Have you checked there is no way the Forum would be able to know that?

 

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to be displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
