Request a engineer
Since having sky I have not been able to use it at all as I had an engineer coming out in December but I was at work so I had to cancel it. I now need to reschedule as my bill is overdue but I haven't even used anything because it doesn't work in my flat

Re: Request a engineer
@Jordan12345- If your bill is overdue Sky won't book an engineer, witholding payment is not the correct steps to take.
You need to pay what you owe, setup a new direct debit and then speak to Sky.

Re: Request a engineer
@Jordan12345- Kind off a strange one for you but you need to follow the advice off @GD1 and square your debt up first, if this is a new connection for you then something must have worked and you where online or why would sky be billing.... What is exactly wrong if you have an idea, then you can say on the Forum!
