Internet has been off all day and just checked it through Skys checker it says there's an outage and It could be off for 2 days. So tried the contact us that tells you there's an outage at your local exchange then it gives you the option for a call back when it's back on or check again later then it cuts you off. Tried the virtual helper who just gives you the same contact number that fobs you off then cuts you off and trust me I'm being polite at the moment but if someone from sky doesn't get back to me in 15 minutes the 32 to years and VIP rubbish will have been a waste as Sky doesn't "give a be polite" count for anything. I should be able to speak to someone not just get the middle finger.

@stardog21 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
What do you need to know if you have already found out there is an outage in your area not sure what else a customer adviser can do or tell you
