TV Freezing

TV Feezing when sending whatsap Videos.    3min videos on whatsap take 5 mins to send and freeze the TV can't watch at all, i send videos of my daughters match weekly and can't watch TV whilst sending them.    Speed on router is 20mps.    Router is in the hall, but not far away from puck.

20Mbs is pretty slow for incoming broadband, and suggests a very limited outbound speed 

If you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.

Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.
